1. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the App’s owner, developers, or affiliated parties be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from or related to the use of the App’s exercise routines or recommendations.
2. User’s Assumption of Risk: By using the App, the User assumes all responsibility for any injuries or health complications that may result from engaging in exercises suggested by the App.
